A code that was refused at a travel checkout is the most useful message we get
A person reads every offer before it goes up, and a person reads this form. If a code was turned away, tell us and it comes off the page while we look at it. Travel brands, networks and anyone who wants a name or a photograph removed use the same box.
hello@travelistory.com
Dead codes, takedowns, travel-brand enquiries, press and data requests all land in the same inbox.
It comes down first, questions after
If you hold the rights to a name, a mark or a photograph on this site, name the page. It is pulled while the claim is looked at — there is no form to fill in and no reason to give. The full route is in the Terms of Service.
Check the end date first
Most travel codes stop working because the brand’s own promotion ended, and that date is printed beside every offer. If the offer is still up and the code was refused anyway, that is exactly what we want to hear about.

What happens to a message
Messages are read by a person — the same person who writes the site. There is no ticket queue and no autoresponder. A reported code is taken off the page while it is checked, which usually happens the same day. Anything else is answered as soon as it can be.
The fastest way to get a code fixed
Name the travel brand, paste what you entered, and say what the checkout said — “minimum three nights”, “not valid on these dates”, “code not recognised”. That last detail is what separates an offer that has quietly ended from one that never worked, and it decides whether the listing comes down or gets corrected.
