These terms govern your use of travelistory.com. Using the site means accepting them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

1. What this site is

Travelistory is an independent publisher of travel discounts. It lists offers published by travel brands through their affiliate networks and their own campaigns. It is not a travel agent, tour operator, airline, hotel, insurer or broker. It sells nothing, takes no bookings, holds no money and issues no tickets or policies.

2. Your contract is with the travel brand

Every booking you make is a contract between you and the brand you book with. Payment, confirmation, changes, cancellation, refunds, delays, overbooking, insurance claims and complaints are all matters for that brand under its own terms and the law that applies to it. Travelistory is not a party to it and cannot intervene in it.

3. Accuracy, and the limits of it

Offers are published as the travel brand supplied them and are read by a person before they go up. Even so, brands withdraw, restrict, sell out of or alter promotions without notice. An offer here may be refused at a checkout. The brand’s own terms at the point of booking are the ones that bind; where they differ from what is shown here, theirs prevail. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a code will work or a rate will be available.

4. Not advice

Nothing here is travel, insurance, medical, visa, financial or legal advice. Travel insurance and eSIM listings are the provider’s own products; whether a policy suits you is between you, the provider and any adviser you choose. Entry rules, health requirements and visa conditions change constantly and are never covered by anything on this site — check an official source.

5. What you may and may not do

Read the site, copy codes, share links. Do not scrape it at scale, republish its listings as your own, hammer it with automated traffic, try to break it, or use it to do anything unlawful. Automated bulk collection of these pages is not permitted.

6. Trade marks and photographs

Brand names appear here to identify whose offer is being described — nominative use, nothing more. No sponsorship, endorsement or partnership is implied by a name appearing on this site. No travel brand’s actual logo is reproduced anywhere here: the mark beside each brand is that brand’s name typeset by us on a plain ground. Photographs are licensed stock images or the brand’s own supplied imagery, and are illustrative of the category rather than of a specific room, seat, cabin or vehicle.

7. Copyright complaints

If material here infringes your rights, write to hello@travelistory.com or to Shahida Qaiser, 4695 Sassafras Ave, Windsor, ON N9G 3E3, Canada, identifying the work, the exact page, your contact details, a statement that the use is unauthorised, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and your signature. The material comes down while the claim is reviewed. Counter-notices follow the same route.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, Travelistory and its publisher are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost bookings, missed travel, refused codes, price changes, or for anything that happens on a travel brand’s own site. None of that touches liability for fraud, for death or injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow anyone to sign away. Your statutory consumer rights are untouched.

9. Links out

Outbound links go to sites nobody here controls. Their content, their availability, their security and their privacy practices are theirs.

10. Changes, law and contact

These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one on this page. They are governed by the law of Ontario, Canada, and its courts, without affecting any mandatory protection you have where you live.
